| REVEILLE principals and affiliates work as a team to manage the development, redevelopment and restructure of projects in the hospitality, leisure, golf, mixed-use, and university real estate environs. We provide research and validation of data that accurately value the opportunity for each asset whether it is an acquisition, disposition or restructure for financial participation. We use that information and our professional services affiliates to assist in the design and implementation of strategic plan for all of our project undertakings.
We work as an internal resource to Owners and institutional lenders in designing, implementing and measuring a business plan for their project that defines design guidelines, services and performance standards that match the physical asset(s) and can be measured in maximized financial yields. Our project experience and extensive data base, developed through a variety of project types and markets, are tools to evaluate and build a model for the upside potential and downside risk for equity and debt investments in any hospitality, leisure/golf or real estate project.
Our specialized experience with real estate, hotels, resorts, and golf projects has been built through assignments at The Palmieri Company, an international asset management firm, with responsibility for hotel properties in the Central States Pension Fund, a specific hotel project restructure/management/disposition for First National Bank of Chicago, and disposition management in the real estate portfolio of the Penn Central. Coupled with our direct management assignments with major lending institutions, pension funds, law firms and independent developers, we offer the capability to manage, asset manage, and provide development programs that target increase in asset values and a reduction in risks, particularly those associated with management and capitalization.
Our programs, in management, consulting and asset management provide owner/lenders a tool for creating New Standards of Performance for their projects. We provide the guidelines, measuring and monitoring disciplines and expertise to define, determine and utilize those key, and often subtle, factors necessary for the success of hotel projects, golf facilities, real estate and operating companies.
