As founder and principal of Reveille, an asset management firm, Bill has been responsible for developing the business strategies, assembling/restructuring management teams and implementing financial control and reporting systems required for the re-development, start-up and/or continuing operations of select projects in hospitality, leisure and real estate.
Bill has a depth of experience in the hotel industry including senior management assignments with Sheraton Corporation, Hyatt Corporation and InterIsland Resorts (Hawaii). Utilizing his hotel operations experience, he moved his career into the asset management field with The Palmieri Company, assuming responsibility for its hospitality and leisure real estate projects. This experience coupled with client relationships developed during that time became the genesis of our specialized skills firm, Reveille. The Palmieri Company, in an endorsement of our capabilities, became our first client.
Providing a variety of asset services including on-site management, oversight management of existing on-site management, asset acquisition/disposition and/or financial restructuring, Bill has served Universities, Insurance Companies, Pension Funds, Corporate and Individual Owners in the course of:
· developing/implementing business plans,
· providing market and asset evaluations
· completing feasibility modeling by market, by asset
· identifying/retaining management companies
· negotiating management and/or franchise agreements
· acquiring/disposing of assets
· representing Owners for 3rd party management transactions
· serving as Receiver and/or Bankruptcy trustee
· providing litigation support
